The Friends of Pasteur receive the Key to the School in a heartfelt ceremony.
In a touching and symbolic ceremony, Pasteur Elementary School proudly awarded the “Key to the School” to Friends of Pasteur, a Detroit-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the students, staff, and legacy of Pasteur Elementary.
This extraordinary honor is a testament to the group’s tireless commitment, generosity, and lasting impact on the Pasteur community. The key represents not just the doors once walked through—it symbolizes the many doors Friends of Pasteur has helped open for current and future generations of students.
“This key symbolizes not only the doors you once walked through, but also the doors you’ve helped open for others,”
shared the Pasteur Family. “Through your unwavering support and dedication, students have succeeded. You are an integral part of our school’s legacy.”
From volunteer efforts and fundraising to community engagement and mentorship, Friends of Pasteur continues to embody the heart and values of Pasteur Elementary. This recognition celebrates not only past contributions but an enduring partnership rooted in love, legacy, and service.
